Buying at Andia
There are two options for purchasing a condo at Andia:
1. Go straight to the sales office and work with the builder’s representatives.
2. Work with an experienced real estate professional to represent you as your buyer’s agent at no cost to you.
There are several reason why working with a buyer’s agent is a superior option specially when it comes at no cost to you as a buyer.
And it is important to note that prices at Andia are fixed and non negotiable, so when you walk into the sales office and purchase directly from the builder (BOSA), you will not get a discount nor a credit for not having an agent. This option clearly yields no financial benefit for buyers.
WHY WORKING WITH A BUYER’S AGENT IS THE BEST OPTION
- REPRESENTATION
The representatives in the builder’s sales office represents the builder best interests as the seller, not yours as a buyer. A buyer’s agent working with you represents your best interests and will carefully guide you thru the process of buying new construction.
