The Columbia District also referred to as the Waterfront is the neighborhood that has undergone the most change and improvement thru private and public redevelopment projects including the Waterfront Park, North Embarcadero Visionary Plan, Manchester Pacific Gateway (ongoing project) and the various luxury high rise buildings that comprise the residential real estate portion of the Columbia District.
