BOSA San Diego Condos
Background Info

Horizons was the first BOSA project in San Diego. Built in 2001 Horizons is comprised of two luxury high rise towers with 25 stories each. Located in the Marina District of Downtown San Diego it provides great walkability and phenomenal views of the bay.

Discovery was another BOSA building that was completed in 2002. Discovery is located in the Cortez Hill District of Downtown San Diego, which is the most quiet of the downtown San Diego districts as there is very small amount of shops commercial and office buildings in the area. Discovery offers proximity to downtown San Diego’s main commercial districts and terrific access to San Diego’s main freeways.

Following Horizons and Discovery, Park Place came was completed in 2003. Located in the Marina District, Park Place has an ideal location on the southwestern waterfront edge of downtown San Diego. Park Place has arguably one of the best locations in San Diego offering panoramic and protected views of the bay and Coronado islands.

When completed The Grande South (2004) and North Towers (2005) became one of the best luxury condo complexes in the city. Offering a waterfront location on the Columbia (Waterfront) District of downtown San Diego, The Grande offer an incredible location with great walkability. The Grande condos also feature some of the best floor plans in downtown San Diego luxury real estate.

After The Grande came The Legend in 2007. The Legend is BOSA’s first and only project so far in the East Village District. Located in the south western edge of the East Village and within the boundaries of Petco Park, The Legend is the ideal building for sports enthusiasts offering a ballpark location (with a proposed football stadium next door) and immediate proximity to Gaslamp District where most entertainment and food venues in the city are located.

When Electra was completed by BOSA in 2008 it became the tallest residential high rise in the city with 43 stories. Electra is located on the southern edge of the Columbia (Waterfront) District of downtown San Diego offering close (not immediate) proximity to Little Italy District and Gaslamp District for shopping, dining and entertainment options. Electra south and west facing condos feature some of the best panoramic views you’ll find in San Diego although Western views of the bay are not protected due to possible future construction of a luxury high rise across from Electra.

The last BOSA project to be completed in San Diego prior to Savina and Pacific Gate was Bayside and it was completed in 2009. BOSA took it to the next level with Bayside making it the most luxurious high rise in the city and arguably in Southern California. With penthouse level finishes in every single residence, Bayside condos feature the best brands in the business including Viking, Miele, Snaidero, California Closets and Bosch.

Bayside is located in the Columbia (Waterfront) District of downtown San Diego offering a waterfront location with very close proximity to shops and restaurants in bordering the Little Italy District.

After Bayside it took almost 10 years for BOSA to develop a new luxury high rise. When Pacific Gate opened in 2018 it was the only “super prime” building in San Diego and arguably in the West Coast. With unparalleled level of finishes and amenities Pacific Gate has set a new standard in luxury high rise living.

Savina is the latest BOSA building and it opened in 2019. Savina is located right at the edge of Little Italy and Columbia District giving it arguably the best location in San Diego.
