The Pinnacle features 24 hr security, concierge services, fitness center, a lap sized pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam rooms, party room equipped with full kitchen and pool table for the use of the community, a theatre/screening room and a guest suite that can be rented for $125 a night. The average HOA fee for a 2 bedroom condo at The Pinnacle is $850 which is a great value considering the full range of amenities this luxury high rise building has to offer.
COMMON AREAS | Rating: 9 out of 10
The common areas at The Pinnacle San Diego are not extravagant in any sense of the word. They are very simplistic but very well designed and laid out. This is ideal for families with kids or dogs that are afraid of something being broken, damaged or stained.
The maintenance in the common areas is superb, some of the best maintenance in all downtown San Diego luxury high rise buildings is found at The Pinnacle San Diego condos.
INTERIOR FINISHES + FLOOR PLANS | Rating: 9.5 out of 10
The finishes on condos at The Pinnacle are excellent. The developer used high end sub zero appliances, hardwood and marble flooring and granite slabs and counters as standard on all units. Complete with premium fixtures and 10 foot ceilings condos at The Pinnacle San Diego are some of the nicest in all downtown.
Many condos at The Pinnacle, specially the penthouse units have been updated after market and you’ll find units featuring the best of the best including Viking, Sub Zero, Miele, Dacor, Wolf, California Closets, etc.
Floor Plans at The Pinnacle San Diego are diverse and include 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos and penthouses ranging from 737 to 2,961 square feet. The Pinnacle is one of the few luxury high rise buildings in downtown San Diego with an actual 3 bedroom floor plan which is hard to find as most high rises offer a 2 bedroom plus den floor plan but not a 3 bedroom floor plan.

Views at The Pinnacle condos San Diego are superb thanks to the building’s ideal location. Bay views can be appreciated from units located in the South, West, North and East sides of the building. Most South and West facing condos and penthouses will offer panoramic views to the bay and Coronado island. There are no potential view obstructions to worry about with The Pinnacle condominiums as the Marina district has been fully developed and there is basically no more space to build upon in the immediate proximity to the building. However, there is a future high rise project planned by BOSA in the parking lot located at 1st and Island Avenues that will affect the views of east facing condos at The Pinnacle.
POOL | Rating: 9.5 out of 10
The pool at The Pinnacle is one of the best in all downtown. It is an actual lap sized pool with multiple lanes making it ideal for swimmers and for recreational purposes. The pool deck is complete with a jacuzzi and a BBQ area. The gym, community room, sauna and steam room, theatre and guest suite are located on the same level as the pool.
The pool deck gets sun most of the day but in the late afternoon hours the building will block some of the pool’s sun as its positioned northwest of the pool deck.

The gym at The Pinnacle is well equipped with cardio equipment, free weights and a stretching area. Maintenance in the gym is immaculate. Locker rooms, steam room and sauna are just across the hall from the gym.

The staff at The Pinnacle San Diego keeps the building amazingly maintained. There is a full service staff in charge of maintenance.
