Savina by BOSA condos are located right at the edge of the Columbia District and Little Italy District. This incredible location offers the best of both worlds, proximity to the best restaurants in San Diego (most of them located on Little Italy) and easy access to the beautiful San Diego bay front.
AMENITIES

Savina amenities are typical for a BOSA high rise and include 24 hr security, front desk attendant, business center, fitness center, sauna and steam room, community lounge, pool deck & BBQ’s. The fitness center at Savina is the best in downtown San Diego, loaded with cardio equipment, free weights, TRX, yoga deck, boxing station and overlooking into the beautiful pool deck. The community lounge at Savina is also best in San Diego and has capacity for 120 people and overlooks the pool deck with views of the bay as well.
Savina also offers a pet retreat, pet washing station, bicycle wash and tune up station and the outdoor BBQ area features a flat screen TV and ping pong table with beautiful seating areas all around.
In general, Savina offers the best amenities in any downtown San Diego luxury building. The only thing missing at Savina is a guest suite that is so popular at other buildings that offer it such as Pacific Gate or The Grande towers. Explore Savina by BOSA.
COMMON AREAS

The common areas at Savina are truly well thought out. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings and nice seating areas. The community lounge is the best in San Diego and has a large capacity (120 people) and offers amazing views of the bay. Same as the outdoor pool deck area that has cabanas, seating areas and fire pits. Next to the gym and spa area there is a swing lounge that is a very good use of the space.
The only thing Savina is missing is a motor court entry that other buildings such as Pacific Gate or The Grande offer and is ideal for dropping off and pickup up passengers, luggage, groceries, etc.
INTERIOR FINISHES + FLOOR PLANS

The finishes at Savina are second to best to Pacific Gate finishes. But definitely a notch above those original finishes found at The Grande, Bayside and other similar luxury condo towers.
Savina offers 97 floor plans! So floor plans are definitely unique and depending on the floor location and orientation, Savina offers some of the most coveted condos in all downtown San Diego, specially those units on the NW corner that offer protected views of the bay and over 1,600 sq ft of living space.

VIEWS

Savina is on the second line of residential condo towers that get closer to the San Diego bay, therefore depending on the orientation some units will offer panoramic protected views and other will offers some sort of view, either bay views but impacted by other buildings or city and mountain views (east facing units).
The NW corner at Savina is the most popular in downtown San Diego, specially for units above the 16th floor that clear the Wyndham hotel that sits directly west of the building.
The SW corner at Savina offers some nice bay views and city views, and if you are high enough on the tower, amazing Coronado bridge views.
POOL
Rating: 8.5 out of 10
The pool deck at Savina feels like a resort, laid out with cabanas, fire pits, an outdoor shower, jacuzzi, seating areas and a waterfall feature. The actual pool is a descent size but not large enough to swim laps if you are into swimming. Overall it is a great pool deck, but BOSA could have done a larger pool considering Savina has almost 300 condos and lots of residents.
FITNESS CENTER

The gym at Savina is fantastic, with cardio equipment, free weights, strength training equipment, TRX, yoga deck and boxing station. Next to the gym is the sauna, steam room + locker rooms.
MAINTENANCE
