Santaluz is a gated community next to Fairbanks Ranch and in close proximity to the Rancho Santa Fe Village.  Despite being a gated community Santaluz feels like a small town itself thanks to its mix of architectural designs, the land’s elevation range and the magnificent preservation of the land done by the community’s development team.

This 3,800 acre master planned community offers terrific home ownership opportunities among rolling hills with panoramic view of the ocean from the highest lots in the community.
