The Rancho Santa Fe Covenant is the original foundation for Rancho Santa Fe Real Estate and today it consists of approximately 2,000 homes and condos (just about 100 condos). Residents here have to adhere to architectural guidelines set in place by the Rancho Santa Fe Association.
