Rancho Santa Fe Covenant
The Rancho Santa Fe Covenant is the original foundation for Rancho Santa Fe Real Estate and today it consists of approximately 2,000 homes and condos (just about 100 condos). Residents here have to adhere to architectural guidelines set in place by the Rancho Santa Fe Association.
The Village of Rancho Santa Fe is at the center of the covenant. Here you can find shops, restaurants, real estate offices and financial institutions among other businesses.
The Covenant is not a gated community but residents can enjoy miles of walking and horse trails that are scattered around the community as well as sports fields. Property owners at The Covenant are also awarded membership to Rancho Santa Fe country club.
