En 2025 hubo 530 ventas de departamentos en el centro. Al igual que en 2024, el bajo inventario y las altas tasas de interés fueron los principales factores que contribuyeron al nivel moderado de ventas cerradas en el mercado de departamentos del centro de San Diego en 2025.
Las transacciones oscilaron entre $230.000 por un estudio en el Hard Rock Hotel hasta $4.850.000 por un departamento en Harbor Club.
Desde la perspectiva del precio por pie cuadrado, las ventas de 2025 oscilaron entre 441 por pie cuadrado para un departamento en el edificio Atria en el Marina District hasta $2,009 por pie cuadrado para un departamento ático en Pacific Gate que se vendió por $4,650,000 (residencia 3701).
Por quinto año consecutivo, Pacific Gate tuvo la venta con el precio por pie cuadrado más alto en todo el centro de San Diego y el precio promedio por pie cuadrado más alto en el edificio. Sin embargo, este año la venta general más alta fue para Harbor Club, ya que la unidad vendida era una unidad grande con 4,170 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable.
