Las transacciones variaron desde $279,000 por un estudio en el hotel Hard Rock Hotel hasta $4,650,000 para un penthouse en Pacific Gate.
Desde la perspectiva del precio por pie cuadrado, las ventas de 2023 oscilaron entre 435 por pie cuadrado para un departamento en 235 en Market edificio a $1.979 por pie cuadrado para un departamento de nivel de propiedad en Pacific Gate que se vendió por $4.025.000 (residencia 4003).
