Overall Sales Price

Overall the lowest priced sale in the building was for the same unit that set the lowest sale per foot. The 1 bed 1 bath residence on the 7th floor sold for $340,000.

The highest priced sale overall also was for the same unit that set the highest priced sale per foot. The 2 bed 2 bath penthouse level residence on the 37th floor sold for $2.1 million.

The average sales price at Harbor Club for 2012 was $833,688.
