condo with bay view in downtown San Diego

The 3rd quarter of 2013 had 230 MLS registered condo sales in downtown San Diego which is a bit lower than the 251 registered sales in the 2nd quarter of the year.

However, the average selling price and average selling price per foot for downtown San Diego condos continued to rise in the 3rd quarter compared to the 2nd quarter of the year.
