Downtown San Diego Sold Condos Second Quarter 2013

In the second quarter of 2013 the trend continues and prices continue to climb for the downtown San Diego condo market. With a total of 251 registered MLS sales, this quarter had 26 more condo sales than the first quarter of the year.

The list below includes all registered MLS sales. Please note that our list might not include some new construction sales that were never registered on the MLS by the listing broker or for sale by owner transactions never registered on the MLS.
