Photo of Condos at Bayside Downtown San Diego

Bayside San Diego has established itself as one of the most sough after downtown San Diego luxury condos and is the latest high rise to be added to the beautiful San Diego skyline.

This San Diego High Rise condo building enjoys a privileged location on San Diego’s Watefront, featuring penthouse level finishes in all units including Viking appliances, Snaidero cabinetry, California closets, caesar stone counters, hard wood flooring and upscale fixtures and offering full service amenities, Bayside condos in San Diego have become the hottest item in downtown San Diego Real Estate.

2011 was a great year for sales center at Bayside. With significant developer discounts and incentives offered by BOSA, pricing for Bayside’s new residences was similar to pricing seen on bank owned units and short sales at other similar luxury buildings.

As Bayside is new construction and a superior quality product than most of the other downtown San Diego luxury buildings, condos at Bayside sold out at record pace (fastest selling tower in California) and the whole building was sold out way before the end of the 2011 calendar year.

With just a few penthouse units remaining to be sold by the developer (all priced above $2.5 million) and a few resale units that come up for sale here and there, most new listings at Bayside end up selling fast due to the very high demand at this luxury high rise.

Pricing per square foot at Bayside for 2011 ranged between $336 for the lower floor units and $904 for the penthouse level units. The average sale price was $560 per square foot.

Below is a summary for most condo sales at Bayside San Diego for the 12 months between starting January 1st 2011 and ending December 31st 2011.

Please note that there were some additional sales at Bayside throughout 2011 that are not listed on the below list as they were never recorded on the MLS by the Bayside sales team. This typically happens with new construction buildings that do not list their whole inventory on the MLS (multiple listing service). For a complete list of condo sales at Bayside please consult the county’s tax records or contact us and we’ll send you a custom report.
